{"id":106,"date":"2008-04-15T08:18:02","date_gmt":"2008-04-15T14:18:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/keanen.com\/blog\/2008\/04\/15\/nwadelta-merger"},"modified":"2009-02-13T21:46:24","modified_gmt":"2009-02-14T03:46:24","slug":"nwadelta-merger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/keanen.com\/blog\/2008\/04\/15\/nwadelta-merger","title":{"rendered":"NWA\/Delta Merger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m receiving a lot of emails this morning in regards to the merger and I appreciate everyone&#8217;s concern.<\/p>\n<p>I really don&#8217;t know more that what can be read in the papers at this point.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what I do know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The CEO will be Richard Anderson<\/li>\n<li>The name of the merged company will be Delta<\/li>\n<li>The corporate headquarters will be in Atlanta<\/li>\n<li>They&#8217;re telling us that there will still be offices in Minneapolis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My job isn&#8217;t at risk right now.  This is a long process that requires DOJ and shareholder approval.  This process will take about 6-8 months to complete.  At that point I should have a better idea of what my future will be.
